An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceedings.

Law enforcement officials with Belfast Police Department reported the following activity between March 8 and March 15:

March 8

Jeffrey C. Boynton, 34, of Winthrop, was summoned for an inspection sticker violation.

March 9

Brian Fogg, 20, of Thomaston, was summoned for threatening display of or carrying a concealed weapon.

March 11

Austin C. Turner, 22, of Farmington, was summoned for failure to provide proof of insurance and operating after suspension.

March 12

Dawn M. Clark, 63, of Belfast, was summoned for attaching false plates and failure to register a motor vehicle.

Zachary T. Riley, 26, of Jackson, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.

Pamela D. Byron, 55, of Arlington, Mass., was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.

Kean M. Ripley, 29, of Belfast, was arrested on a charge of violating conditions of release.

Brian E. Fogg, 20, of Waterville, was summoned for possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

Jacob M. Webber, 20, of Belfast, was summoned for sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

Donna E. Herkel, 53, of Belfast, was summoned for speeding for driving 51 mph in a 35 mph zone.

Joseph M. Keresey,20, of Searsport, was summoned for an inspection sticker violation.

Daniel A. Armstrong, 22, of Belfast, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence and on a warrant.

March 13

Phillip M. Charbonnier, 52, of Belfast, was summoned for failure to license a dog, having a dog at large and failure to control a dog resulting in damage to livestock.

Jacob M. Denham, 20, of Belfast, was summoned for improper parking and failure to provide proof of insurance.

Todd Jackson, 34, of Belfast, was arrested on a warrant.

Daphyne D. Chadwick, 45, of Liberty, was summoned for an inspection sticker violation.

Michael Gagne, 25, of Searsmont, was summoned for an inspection sticker violation and for failure to provide proof of insurance.

Benjamin Merrill, 22, of Ellsworth, was summoned for an inspection sticker violation and failure to provide proof of insurance.

Brandon Drinkwater, 20, of Belfast, was summoned for speeding for driving 39 mph in a 25 mph zone.

March 14

Jennifer L. Martinelli, 50, of Warwick, R.I., was summoned for speeding for driving 69 mph in a 55 mph zone.
