An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceedings.

Law enforcement officials with Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity between March 15 and March 22:

March 15

Chris Cunningham, 38, of Morrill, was charged with operating under the influence.

Craig Sullivan, 21, of Belfast, was arrested on a charge of violating a protection order.

Christina D. Love, 28, of Palermo, was arrested on a charge of domestic assault.

March 16

Markus H. Lowe, 18, of Jackson, was summoned for driving to endanger.

Bruce E. Boege, 63, of Northport, was summoned for speeding for driving 31 mph in a 15 mph zone.

March 17

Melinda A. Reynolds, 53, of Brooks, was summoned for speeding for driving 69 mph in a 50 mph zone.

Jane E. Hannah, 64, no address given, was arrested on warrants.

March 18

Robert A. Seger, 21, of Searsport, was charged with operating under the influence.

March 19

Angela M. Patterson, 34, of Jackson, was charged with violating conditions of release.

Marian Z. Butler, 49, of Brooks, was summoned for failure to provide proof of insurance.

March 21

Katie R. Varnum, 28, of Bangor, was summoned for an inspection sticker violation.

Earl Leathers, 24, of Waldoboro, was arrested on warrants.

Gary C. Merrifield, 48, of Brooks, was summoned for speeding for driving 62 mph in a 45 mph zone. Merrifield was also summoned for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a usable amount of marijuana.
