The following cases were closed in Fifth District Court in Belfast from March 21 to March 25:

Thomas M. Bormet, 37, of Belfast, possession of marijuana (up to 1.25 ounces), $350 fine; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Dawn Marie Howard, 41, of Searsmont, violating protective order, $300 fine ($200 suspended).

Joanna Hull, 23, of Searsport, attaching false plates, $150 fine.

Breedheen O’Rilley Keefer, 31, of San Lois, Colo., possession of marijuana (up to 1.25 ounces), $350 fine; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Earl W. Leathers, 24, of Northport, theft by deception, two days in jail and restitution of $90.

Frank J. Leathers Jr., 25, of Belfast, disorderly conduct (loud noise, private place), 15 days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (physical force), 15 days in jail (concurrent); criminal mischief, 15 days in jail (concurrent) and restitution of $100; criminal trespass, 15 days in jail (concurrent); obstructing report of crime, 15 days in jail (concurrent).

Paul J. LeBlanc, 43, of Belfast, negotiating a worthless instrument, $50 fine.

Chris Allen Mattson, 40, of Albion, operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 60 days in jail (stayed until April 24).

Duane A. Miller Jr., 65, of Winterport, operating while license suspended or revoked (with a prior), $500 fine.

Jonathon D. Miller, 23, no address given, operating vehicle without a license, $250 fine.

Robert G. Muehlmann, 71, of Freedom, allowing dog to be at large (with priors), $50 fine.

Richard H. Pacino, 29, of Belfast, theft of lost, mislaid, or misdelivered property, $250 fine and restitution of $153.78.

Kevin L. Page, 45, of Swanville, failing to make oral or written accident report, $500 fine.

Angela M. Patterson, 33, of Brooks, violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.

Joel J. Prescott, 27, of Morrill, operating while license suspended or revoked (with a prior), $500 fine.

Elizabeth D. Smith, 31, of Islesboro, operating under the influence, $600 fine, 72 hours in jail (stayed until June 24) and license suspended for 90 days.

Felicia A. Thomas, 49, of Belfast, operating vehicle without a license, $150 fine.

Madalyn W. Wiggins, 22, of Belfast, attaching false plates, $150 fine; possession of marijuana (up to 1.25 ounces), $350 fine; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
