An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceedings.

Law enforcement officials with Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity between March 29 and April 5:

March 31

Paul Henderson, 24, of Swanville, was arrested on a warrant.

Chase G. Craig, 25, of Winterport, was summoned for an inspection sticker violation and for failure to provide proof of insurance.

April 1

Jillian M. Porchetta, 22, of Knox, was summoned for operating with an expired license for more than 90 days.

April 2

Andrew Grindel, 18, of Prospect, was summoned for operating after suspension and for failure to stop at a stop sign.

April 3

Justin R. Drake, 21, of Burnham, was summoned for sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

Raymond N. Porter, 33, of Searsmont, was arrested on a warrant.

Randall N. Sullivan, 29, of Knox, was summoned for an inspection sticker violation.

April 5

Maria Y. Orlova, 27, of Morrill, was arrested on a warrant.
