Average retail gasoline prices in Maine rose 7.5 cents per gallon last week, averaging $3.76 per gallon on Sunday, April 10.

The national average increased 7.7 cents per gallon last week to $3.74 per gallon, according to gasoline price website mainegasprices.com.

Prices on Sunday were 87.9 cents per gallon higher than one year ago and 17.5 cents per gallon higher than a month ago.

The national average increased 21 cents per gallon the last month and stood 87.2 cents per gallon higher than one year ago.
