An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless proven guilty at criminal proceedings.

Law enforcement officials with the Belfast Police Department reported the following activity April 17-24:

April 24

Amy A. Paine, 32, of Bangor, was cited for speeding 54 mph in a 35-mph zone and for lack of proof of insurance.

Neil Warren, 23, of Waldo, was arrested on a warrant for nonpayment on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license.

Lisa A. Littlefield, 31, of Searsport, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.

April 23

Kristy J. Curtis, 51, of Searsport, was cited for speeding 39 mph in a 25-mph zone.

Peter Richardson, 49, of Stockton Springs, was charged with violating condition of release.

April 22

Shawn M. O’Brien, 25, of Belfast, was arrested on a warrant for unpaid fines for allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor and on a warrant for unpaid fines for unlawful possession of oxycodone.

April 19

Miranda J. Cassidy, 34, of Belfast, was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault.

Lloyd Wentworth, 80, of Belfast, was cited for operating a motor vehicle unregistered for more than 150 days.

Derek R. Greeley, 27, of Belfast, was cited for parking in a restricted physically handicapped space.

April 17

Dawn Grass, 36, of Belfast, was cited for operating after suspension.
