Larry C. Bennett, 68, of Waldo, domestic violence assault, dismissed; assault, dismissed.

Jessica L. Bergelin, 30, of Lincolnville, driving to endanger, dismissed.

Frank F. Bruce, 57, of Belfast, assault, $600 fine; unlawful sexual touching, dismissed.

Eric Dalton Hustus, 27, of Knox, assault, dismissed; domestic violence assault, dismissed.

Brett E. Ingraham, 34, of Burnham, terrorizing, $600 fine.

Kerston E. Lane, 34, of Newburgh and Brooks, violating condition of release, 18 months in prison. Additionally, Lane was found to have violated his probation on an earlier charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (with priors), and as a result, had his probation revoked.

Corinne D. Martin, 27, of Liberty, violating condition of release, unconditional discharge; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.

Joy M. Metcalf, 65, of Northport, failure to pay tax or file return, dismissed.

Matthew D. Rankin, 24, of Belfast, attaching false plates, $200 fine.

Robert Rego, 46, of Prospect, failure to visit traps in organized town, not guilty.

Steven A. Rouse, 37, of Haynesville, unlawfully shoot or discharge firearm or crossbow, dismissed; loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, $600 fine; wasting a wild bird or wild animal, $600 fine; exceeding bag limit on deer, dismissed; hunting deer after having killed one, dismissed.

Lacey J. Rubenstein, 27, of Rockland, stealing drugs, dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine and license suspended for 30 days; unlawful possession of hydrocodone, dismissed; operating under the influence, dismissed; two counts unlawful possession of scheduled drug, both dismissed.

Devon A. Ryder, 26, of Bucksport, unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine; one count of unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine; two other counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drug, both dismissed.

Stephen M. Shunskis, 39, of Palermo, was found to have violated his probation on the following previous charges: two counts procuring liquor for minor, one count of sexual abuse of minor and two counts gross sexual assault. As a result, he had his probation partially revoked and continued.

Stacy Thayer, 39, of Belfast, was found to have violated probation on an earlier charge of aggravated forgery. As a result, Thayer’s probation was partially revoked and continued.

Mark Thurlow, 51, of Lincolnville, operating vehicle without license (beyond condition/restriction), dismissed.

John C. Travers, 58, of Unity, two counts violating condition of release, 30 days in jail for one count, and five days in jail for the other (concurrent).

Billie Jo Weeks, 33, of Boothbay, driving to endanger, $575 fine and license suspended for 30 days; operating under the influence (with one prior), dismissed.

Michael L. Wilson, 29, of Freedom, criminal attempt, dismissed; operating under the influence (with one prior), $700 fine and seven days in jail (stayed until May 9); operating vehicle without license (beyond condition/restriction), two days in jail (stayed until May 9 — concurrent) and license suspended for three years.
