The following cases were closed April 25-29, in Fifth District Court:

Levi M. Grant, 23, of Swanville, driving to endanger, dismissed; operating under the influence, $600 fine, two days in jail, license suspended for 90 days and restitution of $1,822.50.

A 17-year-old juvenile, of Milbridge, operating vehicle without a license, $150 fine.

Susan M. Grant Johnson, 52, of Lincolnville, keeping an unlicensed dog, $50 fine.

Nelson Craig Gray, 54, of Winterport, was extradited on a charge of being a fugitive from justice.

Blaine R. Hardy, 55, of Belfast, operating under the influence, $750 fine and license suspended for 90 days.

Michael J. Holman, 24, of Belfast, violating condition of release, two days in jail.

Carrie Hughes, 33, of Belfast, attaching false plates, $150 fine; permitting unlawful use, dismissed.

Adam D. Kneeland, 29, of Belmont, operating under the influence, $600 fine, 12 days in jail, license suspended for 90 days; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, two days in jail (concurrent); operating vehicle without license (beyond condition/restriction), two days in jail (concurrent); violating condition of release, two days in jail (concurrent); failing to make oral or written accident report, two days in jail (concurrent).

Edward McGuire, 19, of Troy, minor consuming liquor, dismissed; terrorizing, 15 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 15 days in jail (concurrent).

Marc W. McKinney, 26, of Belmont, failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.

Kayla C. Seekins, 20, of Frankfort, violating condition of release, four days in jail.

John C. Travers, 58, of Unity, violating condition of release, five days in jail; domestic violence assault, dismissed; operating under the influence, $600 fine, five days in jail (concurrent) and license suspended for 90 days; domestic violence terrorizing, dismissed.

Barry Earl Tripp, 29, of Frankfort, obstructing government administration, $200 fine, 24 hours in jail; assault, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (physical force), $200 fine, 24 hours in jail (concurrent).

Ayron Vanhoy, 21, of Unity, two counts criminal mischief, $100 fine for each count; reckless conduct, $100 fine; violating condition of release, $100 fine.
