The following cases were closed May 2-6, in Waldo County Superior Court:

Laura B. Basara, 41, of Pitman, N.J., operating under the influence, $600 fine and license suspended for 90 days.

Susan R. Coe, 54, of Belfast, OUI, dismissed.

Johanna M. Cooley, 28, of Clinton, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (with priors), six months in jail and restitution of $405; forgery, six months in jail (concurrent).

Darrell R. Dixon, 33, of Waterville, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail for each count (concurrent); two other counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; two counts of burglary, two years in prison for each count (concurrent) and restitution of $2,373.33; two other counts of burglary, dismissed.

Devon I. Pierce, 20, of Belfast, four counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine each for two of the counts, two other counts dismissed.

Kean M. Ripley III, 30, of Stockton Springs, criminal threatening, 30 days in jail (stayed until May 13); two counts of violating condition of release, five days in jail for each count (stayed until May 13 — concurrent).

Mark C. Tibbetts, 40, of Brooks, OUI (with one prior), $700 fine, six months in jail (all but 30 days suspended), one year on probation and license suspended for 90 days; operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine.

Gloria Ann Warren, 39, of Searsport, assault, dismissed.

Isaac M. Young, 36, of Rockport, motor vehicle speeding (30 miles per hour or more over speed limit), not guilty.
