Catherine I. Constable, 59, of Unity, out of door burning violation, $100 fine.

Spencer B. Crampton, 51, of Swanville, failing to make oral or written accident report, $300 fine; failure to stop, provide information, $300 fine.

Tyler Damon, 19, of Belfast, terrorizing, 30 days in jail; harassment by telephone, 30 days in jail (concurrent).

Jeff Dennis, 49, of Montville, two counts failing to make oral or written accident report, three days in jail for one count, and a $250 fine for the other; false public alarm or report, $250 fine; driving to endanger, dismissed; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $250 fine.

James Doak, 50, of Waldo, 15 counts of harvest operator failing to pay within 45 days, all dismissed.

Dakota T. Durand, 19, of Brooks, criminal mischief, $300 fine and 40 hours of community service.

Richard M. Dyer, 21, of Troy, criminal trespass, two days in jail; criminal mischief, $200 fine.

Corey A. Emery, 19, of Portland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

Lance T. Forrest, 24, of Dover Foxcroft, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

Harland F. Gamble, 53, of Prospect, operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.

Katy E. Hauger, 21, of Winterport, operating under the influence, $500 fine and license suspended for 90 days; operating vehicle without license (beyond condition/restriction), dismissed.
