The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court between May 23 and June 3:

Tyler J. Damon, 19, of Belfast, was found to have violated his probation on earlier charges of assault on an emergency medical care provider, and as a result had his probation partially revoked and continued.

Ramon Davila, 30, of Oakland, three counts of stealing drugs, all dismissed.

Harold D. Duprey, 26, of Burnham, one count of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (with priors), six months in jail; a second count of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing, six months in jail (concurrent); violating condition of release, six months in jail (concurrent); aggravated assault, four years in prison (all but six months suspended — concurrent), two years on probation and restitution of $2,450.

Heidi Emmerton, 30, of Belfast, was found to have violated her probation on an earlier charge of gross sexual assault, and as a result had her probation partially revoked and continued.

John E. Holland, 43, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked (with a prior), dismissed; operating under the influence (with two priors), dismissed.

Christopher F. Kates, 24, of Lisbon Falls, operating under the influence, $600 fine and license suspended for 90 days.

Kerston E. Lane, 34, of Brooks, violating condition of release, six months in prison.

Matthew Lear, 22, of Dixmont, assault, dismissed.

Katherine Manchester, 24, of Belfast, was found to have violated her probation on earlier charges of forgery and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and as a result had her probation partially revoked and continued.

Seth W. McCann, 21, of Monroe, failing to obtain driver’s license, $150 fine.

Lisa L. Paige, 45, of Belfast, was found to have violated her probation on earlier charges of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, and as a result had her probation partially revoked and continued. Paige was additionally found guilty of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and was given 90 days in jail.

Martha D. Ranzoni, 49, of Glenburn, assault, $300 fine.

Mathew R. Rice, 21, of Stockton Springs, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

John M. Robbins Jr., 45, of Belfast, was found to have violated his probation on an earlier charge of operating under the influence (with two priors), and as a result had his probation revoked.

Kayla Seekins, 20, of Frankfort, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 45 days in jail for each count (concurrent); two counts of burglary, 18 months in prison, all but 45 days suspended (concurrent) for each count, two years on probation and restitution of $310.

Marie A. Swearingen, 35, of Litchfield, violating condition of release, 90 days in jail; burglary, three years in prison (all but 90 days suspended — concurrent), two years on probation and restitution of $3,000; two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 90 days in jail for each count (concurrent).
