The following cases were closed in Fifth District Court in Belfast from June 13 to June 17:

Mark A. Bowden, 35, of Prospect, two counts of domestic violence assault, $400 fine for each count; domestic violence terrorizing, $400 fine; criminal mischief, $400 fine.

David S. Boynton, 66, of Windsor, negotiating a worthless instrument, dismissed.

Dylan K. Bucklin, 19, of Swanville, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine; falsifying physical evidence, 90 days in jail (all but two suspended) and probation for one year.

Frank L. Cochran, 72, of Warren, disorderly conduct (offensive words, gestures), three days in jail; unlawful sexual touching, 90 days in jail (all but three suspended — concurrent), probation for one year; assault, dismissed.

Dawn Dinsmore, 20, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked (with a prior), $500 fine.

Brian Fogg, 21, of Thomaston, carrying a concealed weapon, $400 fine; possession of marijuana (up to 1.25 ounces), dismissed.

Melissa Goldberg, 25, of Northport, operating vehicle without a license, $150 fine.

Elizabeth L. Lesan, 26, of Morrill, violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 48 hours in jail (concurrent), restitution of $50.

James Mylen, 20, of Winterport, assault, dismissed.

Marcia Marie O’Connor, 32, of Freedom, animal trespass, $50 fine.

Matthew D. Rankin, 24, of Belfast, violating condition of release, 45 days in jail.

Samantha Jean Reed, 21, of Burnham, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Devin Richards, 18, of Searsmont, minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.

Carle A. Robbins, 51, of Troy, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine, two days in jail (stayed until July 11); attaching false plates, $100 fine.

Sara J. Smith, 35, of Jackson, trespass by motor vehicle, not guilty.

A 17-year-old male, of Palermo, fishing without valid license, $100 fine.

Clarence E. Sowers, 41, of Verona, operating under the influence, $600 fine, 48 hours in jail (stayed until June 28) and license suspended for 90 days.

Samantha A. Tucker, 23, of Unity, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.

Craig Turner, 32, of Montville, abuse of property while hunting, dismissed.

Ayron Vanhoy, 21, of Unity, domestic violence assault, 180 days in jail (all but 30 days suspended), probation for one year; obstructing report of crime, two days in jail (concurrent).

Ronald Weed Jr., 26, of Belfast, violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.

Michael D. Wilson, 50, of Searsmont, violating condition of release, two days in jail.
