Nicole Bellerose of Troy, has been named to the dean’s list at Paul Smith’s College for the spring 2011 semester. Bellerose, who is majoring in fisheries and wildlife sciences, is enrolled in the college’s School of Forestry and Natural Resources and earned a semester grade-point average of 3.3 or higher to receive this distinction.

Paul Smith’s College, on the shores of Lower St. Regis Lake, is the only four-year institution of higher education in the 6-million-acre Adirondack Park of New York state. The school’s programs, in fields including hospitality, culinary arts, forestry, natural resources, entrepreneurship, the sciences, and many others, draw on industries and resources available in the school’s own backyard while preparing students for successful careers anywhere.
