The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court between June 27 and July 1:

Hector Bohan, 21, of Swanville, burglary, dismissed; theft by receiving stolen property, three years in prison (all but 90 days suspended) and two years on probation; two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, both dismissed.

David B. Bragg, 44, of South China, was found to have violated his probation on a previous charge of aggravated assault, and as a result had his probation partially revoked.

Michael J. Derosier, 41, of Minot, operating under the influence, $600 fine and license suspended for 90 days.

Paul S. Downing, 30, of Pittsfield, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.

Mackenzie W. Dunton, 19, of Pittsfield, driving to endanger, $575 fine and license suspended for 30 days; operating vehicle without license (beyond condition/restriction), dismissed; operating under the influence, dismissed.

Amanda Foster, 26, of Skowhegan, violating condition of release, $250 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked (OUI), dismissed.

Mark S. Graham, 43, of Swanville, was found to have violated his probation on two previous counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, and as a result had his probation partially revoked; additionally, he was found to have also violated his probation on an earlier charge of unlawful possession of oxycodone, and had his probation revoked on that charge.

Elizabeth M. Holman, 45, of Belfast, disorderly conduct (fighting), 48 hours in jail; assault, dismissed.

Michael H. McCue, 56, of Jackson, assault, $300 fine and restitution of $3,148; criminal trespass, $300 fine.

Barry A. McKinney, 35, of Belfast, was found to have violated his probation on a previous charge of operating under the influence (with three-plus priors) and as a result, had his probation revoked.

Tiffany D. Paige, 30, of Brooks, was found to have violated her probation on three prior counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (each with priors), and as a result had her probation partially revoked.

Dylan J. Perkins, 19, of Skowhegan, forgery, seven months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, seven months in jail (concurrent).

Christopher Rudge, 35, of Belfast, domestic violence assault, nine months in jail and probation partially revoked.

Diana Sampson, 62, of Monroe, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; cultivating marijuana, $1,000 fine.

Edward T. Snow, 42, of Edgewood Park, N.J., theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 90 days in jail; burglary, 18 months in prison (all but 90 days suspended — concurrent), probation for one year and six months and restitution of $11,317.

Steven A. Watson, 54, of Knox, gross sexual assault, dismissed.

Matthew Williams, 26, of Bucksport, eluding an officer, dismissed; reckless conduct, dismissed; driving to endanger, dismissed; theft by unauthorized use of property, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed; failing to stop for officer, dismissed; motor vehicle speeding (30+ mph over speed limit), dismissed; fail to stop, provide information, dismissed; aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation (with priors), dismissed; failing to make oral or written accident report, dismissed.

Victor O. Young, 55, of Searsport, cultivating marijuana, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $800 fine and 60 days in jail.
