Saturday, July 30 is National Dance Day and it will be observed at 10 a.m. at the Camden Amphitheatre on Atlantic Avenue.

Camden Public Library invites one and all to show up, learn a simple dance routine and then perform it flash mob-style for filming and web posting. This is open to anyone who loves dance, and non-dancers are encouraged to participate, as well. Local dance instructor Erma Colvin will be on hand to teach the routine and then, after running through it a bunch of times, the attempt will be made to fill the amphitheater with dancers of all ages and skill levels.

For more information, call Camden Public Library’s Amy Hand at 236-3440. The bigger the crowd, the more fun this will be so spreading the word is encouraged.
