The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court between July 11 and July 15:

Tiffany A. Cobb, 28, of Brooks, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (with priors), 60 days in jail (stayed until Aug. 8), restitution of $31.89.

Justin Couture, 21, of Palermo, operating vehicle without license (beyond condition/restriction), dismissed; operating under the influence, $600 fine, 48 hours in jail.

Howard D. Cunningham, 48, of Belfast, failing to report, 20 days in jail.

Christopher J. Dodge, 36, of Waldoboro, aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs, $400 fine.

Joey R. Doyon, 30, of Winterport, assault, $300 fine.

Gerald David Gustafson, 47, of Searsport, operating under the influence, $500 fine and license suspended for 90 days; operating while license suspended or revoked (OUI), $600 fine and seven days in jail.

Elizabeth M. Holman, 45, of Searsport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

Terri Lynn Lemieux, 47, of Belfast, operating under the influence (no test), $500 fine, two days in jail (stayed until July 22) and license suspended for 90 days.

Edwin Y. Morris IV, 27, of Benton, three counts of burglary, all dismissed; three counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, all dismissed.

Michael W. Orchard, 40, of Old Orchard Beach, was found to have violated his probation on an earlier charge of operating motor vehicle after revocation, and as a result had his probation partially revoked.

Dennis L. Pomeroy Jr., 30, of Searsport, criminal trespass, $200 fine.

William J. Runci II, 38, of Belfast, two counts of operating while license suspended or revoked (with a prior), $500 fine for each charge and 10 days in jail on each charge (concurrent — stayed until July 28).

Jensen Stiles, 34, of Warren, domestic violence assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct (loud, unreasonable noise), $750 fine.
