The following cases were closed in Fifth District Court in Belfast between July 11 and July 15:

Scott Brockelbank, 47, of Stockton Springs, operating while license suspended or revoked (with a prior), $900 fine; carrying a passenger on an ATV without headgear, $300 fine.

Haden F. Campbell, 19, minor possessing liquor, $250 fine.

Dawn M. Clark, 63, of Belfast, attaching false plates, $150 fine; failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.

Brittany R. Cookson, 22, of Pittsfield, furnishing liquor to a minor, $500 fine.

Jason D. Cunningham, 35, of Thorndike, attaching false plates, $100 fine.

Tony C. Curtis, 33, of Brooks, operating while license suspended or revoked (with a prior), $500 fine and four days in jail; violating condition of release, two days in jail (concurrent).

Nicholas Hanson, 26, of Clinton, attaching false plates, $200 fine.

Jamie Hartman, 33, of Prospect, allowing dog to be at large (with priors), $100 fine.

Nicholas Hegstrom, 27, of Brooks, failing to make oral or written accident report, dismissed; failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident, $500 fine and two days in jail.

Zachary A. Joseph, 19, of Searsport, minor possessing liquor, $300 fine.

Stephen M. Larrabee II, 36, of Belfast, disorderly conduct (fighting), 10 days in jail; violating condition of release, 10 days in jail (concurrent).

David R. Pattershall, 64, of Stockton Springs, possession of marijuana (up to 1.25 ounces), $350 fine.

Clyde Potter, 25, of Liberty, disorderly conduct (fighting), $250 fine.

Benjamin E. Proctor Jr., 21, of Troy, possession of marijuana (up to 1.25 ounces), $350 fine.

Dean Spaulding, 33, of Troy, disorderly conduct (loud noise, private place), 48 hours in jail; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail (concurrent).

Rebecca M. Stephens, 40, of Lincolnville Center, one count of allowing a dog to be at large, dismissed; a second count of allowing a dog to be at large, $50 fine.

Rene Walker, 30, of Belfast, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed; possession of marijuana (up to 1.25 ounces), $350 fine.

Ashlie Rhi-anna Whitmore, 23, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, five days in jail.
