The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court between July 18 and July 22:

Brandon Caparotta, 20, of Bucksport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, one year in prison; burglary, one year in prison (concurrent). For both charges, a total of $15,079 in restitution.

Ashley N. Carter, 23, of China Village, criminal mischief, dismissed.

Christopher Coyle, 52, of Belmont, operating after habitual offender revocation (with a prior), $1,000 fine, six months in jail (stayed until Aug. 19); attaching false plates, two days in jail (stayed until Aug. 19 — concurrent).

James D. Francis, 25, of Frankfort, burglary, dismissed; endangering the welfare of a child, dismissed.

Zachary T. Milliken, 28, of Dixmont, two counts of burglary, two years and six months in prison for each count (all but 90 days suspended; stayed until Aug. 8; concurrent), probation for two years and restitution of $1,650; two counts of criminal mischief, 30 days in jail for each count (stayed until Aug. 8 — concurrent); three counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail for each count (stayed until Aug. 8 — concurrent).
