Law enforcement officials with the Searsport Police Department reported the following recent activity:

July 12

Jeffrey C. Spen, 21, of Belfast was summoned for engaging in prostitution.

Amber Lee N. Philbrick, 25, of Searsport was arrested on a charge of violating conditions of release and was also charged with engaging in prostitution.

Nickie Amaro, 24, of Searsport was summoned for maintaining a nuisance dog.

July 15

Dakota D. O’Brien, 18, of Searsport was summoned for assault and criminal mischief.

July 18

Joseph R. McNally, 24, of Belfast was summoned for speeding (65 mph in a 45 mph zone).

July 19

Susan A. Kennedy, 56, of Sarasota, Fla., was summoned for an inspection sticker violation (expired January 2008) and for failure to provide proof of insurance (expired June 2005).

Jake White, 26, of Trenton was summoned for an inspection sticker violation and failure to provide proof of insurance.

Philip Parsons, 51, of Hampden was summoned for passing a vehicle traveling in the same direction in a no passing zone.

Chelsea N. Herrick, 28, of Stockton Springs was summoned for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

July 20

Nickie Amaro, 24, of Searsport was summoned for allowing a dog to roam at large.

July 21

Gerard O. Adair Jr., 33, of Waterville was summoned for speeding (45 mph in a 25 mph zone).

July 24

Courtney N. Burns, 25, of Searsport was summoned for cruelty to animals.

July 25

Debra L. Pendleton, 44, of Stockton Springs was summoned for an inspection sticker violation.

July 26

Carl Lockaby, 50, of Belfast was summoned for an inspection sticker violation.

July 30

Donald H. Resh Jr., 35, of Searsport was charged with cultivating marijuana and possession of a firearm by a felon.

Amy E. Gallant, 33, of Searsport was arrested on a charge of violating conditions of release.
