Law enforcement officials with the Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following recent activity:

July 25

Smith L. Bickford, 48, of Jackson was arrested on charges of violating conditions of release and violating a protection order.

July 26

Carlie James, 21, of Old Town was summoned for speeding (64 mph in a 45 mph zone).

Wayne A. Curtis, 23, of Brooks was summoned for speeding (63 mph in a 45 mph zone) and for an inspection sticker violation.

David Sherman, 20, of Islesboro was summoned for failure to provide proof of insurance.

July 27

Jacqueline Reed, 20, of Northport was arrested on a charge of violating conditions of release.

Galen Whited, 24, of Brooks was summoned for speeding (68 mph in a 45 mph zone) and for failure to provide proof of insurance.

July 28

Timothy Allen Chamberlain, 43, of Benton was summoned for theft by lost, mislaid or misdelivered property.

Donald T. Murphy, 48, of Knox was summoned for an inspection sticker violation.

Kayla M. Carpentier, 19, of Lincolnville was arrested on a warrant for operating a vehicle without a license.

George Call, 66, of Troy was charged with assault.

Tara D. Russell, 38, of Unity was summoned for an inspection sticker violation and failure to provide proof of insurance.

Willie R. Leach, 19, of Morrill was summoned for speeding (83 mph in a 55 mph zone).

July 29

Adrew Thompson, 38, of Lincolnville was summoned on a charge of operating after suspension.

July 31

Joshua Hurd, 23, of Morrill was summoned for speeding (54 mph in a 45 mph zone).

Aug. 1

Timothy A. Patten, 27, of Morrill was summoned for an inspection sticker violation
