The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court between July 25 and July 29:

Miranda Cassidy, 34, of Belfast, domestic violence assault, six months in jail (all but 30 days suspended) and one year on probation; violating condition of release, unconditional discharge; violating protective order, unconditional discharge.

James D. Francis, 25, of Frankfort, aggravated criminal trespass, two years in prison (all but 30 days suspended) and probation for two years; criminal threatening, 30 days in jail (concurrent); reckless conduct, 30 days in jail (concurrent); cultivating marijuana, 10 days in jail (concurrent); unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.

Timothy A. Gordley, 59, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked (with a prior), dismissed.

Dallas Hatch, 27, of Jackson, criminal mischief, $200 fine; criminal trespass, $200 fine.

Jennifer Lee A. Hesseltine, 28, of Moscow, negotiating a worthless instrument, $500 fine.

Bryan R. King, 53, of Burnham, driving to endanger, dismissed.

Mary L. Landry, 45, of Bangor, operating after habitual offender revocation (with a prior), $1,000 fine and six months in jail.

Jon A. Littlefield, 47, of Brooks, criminal mischief, unconditional discharge.

William S. Magruder, 53, of Northport, driving to endanger, dismissed.

Nicholas R. Moll, 28, of Waldo, unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.

Lucas A. Murdock, 33, of Troy, negotiating a worthless instrument, $100 fine.

Shauna M. Reilly, 42, of Union, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

Michael D. Robbins, 42, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine.

Marissa May Sprague, 19, of Swanville, criminal mischief, $200 fine; burglary, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

Samantha M. Tucker, 23, of Unity, was found to have violated her probation on an earlier charge of eluding an officer. As a result, she had her probation continued and partially revoked.

Michael E. Webber, 40, of Belfast, negotiating a worthless instrument, $100 fine; negotiating a worthless instrument, dismissed.

Danielle White, 38, of Belfast, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, dismissed.

Tanya L. Williams, 47, of Jackson, domestic violence assault (prior domestic violence charges), not guilty; assault, not guilty.
