The following cases were closed in Fifth District Court in Belfast from Aug. 8 to Aug. 12:

Hector Amaro, 26, of Stockton Springs, domestic violence assault, 60 days in jail and probation revoked; domestic violence terrorizing, 60 days in jail (concurrent) and probation revoked.

Edgar E. Charron III, 59, of Dixmont, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $150 fine, restitution of $200.

Xie Dong, 46, of Woburn, Mass., fishing without valid license, $100 fine.

Constance Marie Ethier, 42, of Belfast, domestic violence assault, six months in jail (all suspended) and probation for one year.

Kevin D. Grass, 41, of Belfast, failing to make oral or written accident report, dismissed; operating vehicle while license suspended or revoked (with a prior), dismissed; failing to stop, remain, render aid at a personal injury accident, dismissed; violating condition of release, five days in jail; failure to appear in court on criminal summons, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked (with a prior), $500 fine and five days in jail (stayed until Aug. 18).

Mark L. House, 25, of Belfast, possession of marijuana (up to 1.25 ounces), dismissed; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Elizabeth H. Hyde, 25, of Belfast, driving to endanger, $575 fine and license suspended for 30 days; operating vehicle without license, two days in jail; operating under the influence (with a prior), $700 fine, 20 days in jail and license suspended for three years; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (physical force), five days in jail; domestic violence assault, 90 days in jail (all but 10 days suspended) and probation for one year.

Cheryl E. Jack, 51, of Belfast, criminal trespass, dismissed.

Walk Lam, 50, of Skowhegan, two counts of fish violation (number, amount, weight or size), $100 fine for each count; operate/permit operation of an unregistered motorboat, $200 fine.

John Melching, 64, of Apex, N.C., operate/permit operation of an unregistered motorboat, $200 fine.

Joy M. Metcalf, 65, of Northport, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.

Raymond Miner, 25, of Montville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine and restitution of $100; violating condition of release, two days in jail.

Jill O’Brien, 27, of Jackson, operating under the influence (with one prior), $700 fine, 60 days in jail (all but 10 days suspended), license suspended for three years, registration suspended and restitution of $107.13.

Randolph Philbrook, 55, of Belfast, failing to stop, remain, render aid at a personal injury accident, dismissed; failing to make oral or written accident report, four days in jail; operating under the influence, $500 fine, four days in jail (stayed until Oct. 28) and license suspended for 90 days.

Michael H. Reynolds, 35, of Swanville, obstructing report of injury, five days in jail; violating condition of release, five days in jail (concurrent).

Thomas J. Scott, 19, of Knox, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $300 fine; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.

Nathanial L. Sigouin, 18, of Thorndike, passing stopped school bus, $250 fine.

Tanya Mae Westmore, 20, of Belfast, criminal trespass, dismissed.

Mark A. Whittaker, 30, of Unity, obstructing report of crime, 60 days in jail (all suspended) and probation for one year.

Michael D. Wilson, 50, of Searsmont, operating under the influence (no test), $600 fine, 10 days in jail and license suspended for 90 days; violating condition of release, five days in jail (concurrent).
