Joseph Sadak Jr., 48, of Swanville, passed away Aug. 22, 2011 at Belfast. He was born in Pawtucket, R.I. on July 29, 1963 to Agnes (Hayek) and Joseph Sadak Sr.
Joseph moved to Maine 14 years ago. He enjoyed fishing, boating and hanging out with his friends.
Joseph was predeceased by his parents and a sister, Sandy. Survivors include his companion Jolene M. Newton of Swanville; his children Joey Hayek, Josh Hayek both of Mass., Lucas Hayek of Ind.; step-daughter Heather Newton of Swanville; step-son Derrick Newton of Swanville; siblings, Barbara, Jen and Joyce all of R.I.; and his best friend Clyde Peak, who he enjoyed spending time with.
Friends and family are invited to call on Wednesday, Aug. 24, from 3-5 p.m. at Crabiel-Riposta Funeral Home, 182 Waldo Avenue, Belfast. Burial will be on Friday, August 26, at 2 p.m. at St. Basil’s Cemetery in Cumberland, R.I.
