Law enforcement officials with the Belfast Police Department reported the following recent activity:

Aug. 23

Patricia A. Toy, 35, of Belfast was summoned for theft of lost, mislaid or misdelivered property.

Felicia Thomas, 50, of Belfast was arrested on a charge of violating conditions of release.

Aug. 24

Christopher Sudsbury, 39, of Belfast was charged with possession of schedule Y drugs (Xanax), possession of schedule W drugs (Ritalin), possession of a usable amount of marijuana and trafficking marijuana.

Thomas P. Cross, 23, of Belfast was summoned for possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

Mark E. Murphy, 45, of Palermo was charged with operating under the influence (drugs).

Michael S. Robbins, 42, of Belfast was summoned for an inspection sticker violation and for operating after suspension.

Aug. 25

David Martinez, 37, of Belfast was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court.

Aug. 27

Edwin Lightner, 57, of Belfast was summoned for speeding for driving 57 mph in a 40 mph zone and for a seat belt violation.

Aaron T. Dorr, 40, of Bronxville, NY was summoned for speeding for driving 64 mph in a 35 mph zone.

Aug. 28

Bear Hopkins, 34, of Union was summoned for failure to register a vehicle that had been expired for between 30 and 150 days.

Aug. 29

Constance M. Ethier, 42, of Belfast was summoned for obstructing the report of a crime.
