Fifth District Court

The following cases were closed in Fifth District Court in Belfast between Sept. 12 and Sept. 23:

Dustin L. Armstrong, 27, of Swanville, failing to make oral or written accident report, $500 fine and two days in jail; failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident, two days in jail (concurrent).

Thomas P. Cross, 24, of Belfast, possession of marijuana (up to 1.25 ounces), $350 fine.

A 17-year-old male, of Belfast, operating ATV on a public way, $150 fine; operating an unregistered ATV, dismissed.

Monique L. Holden, 27, of Troy, negotiating a worthless instrument, $100 fine and restitution of $115.

Ronald G. Lord, 83, of Lowell, Md., operating under the influence, $500 fine and license suspended for 90 days.

Ricky H. Mehuren, 48, of Dixmont, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Shane A. Millard, 19, of Thorndike, operating an ATV on a public way, $100 fine.

Robin M. Muir, 19, of Lincolnville, domestic violence assault, six months in jail (all but 20 days suspended) and probation for one year; domestic violence terrorizing, six months in jail (all but 20 days suspended — concurrent) and one year probation; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (physical force), 20 days in jail (concurrent); operating vehicle without license, 20 days in jail (concurrent).

Ricky W. Newton, 52, of Belfast, driving to endanger, $575 fine and license suspended for 30 days.

Kelly L. Pilesky, 31, of Franklin, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Matthew A. Richards, 28, of Hampden, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.

Matthew L. Riley, 22, of Belmont, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and license suspended for 90 days.

Michael S. Robbins, 42, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Jonathan W. Saball, 25, of Searsport, operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.

Spencer D. Smith, 18, of Winterport, minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.

Joshua Townsley, 25, of Palermo, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Mark E. White, 43, of Belmont, operating under the influence, $500 fine, four days in jail and license suspended for one year.

Ernest H. Wing Jr., 47, of Belfast, operating under the influence, $500 fine and license suspended for 90 days.

Jesse L. Witherell, 35, of Belfast, disorderly conduct (loud unreasonable noise), $200 fine.
