On Tuesday, Oct. 11 at 6:30 p.m. in the Belfast Free Library, nutritionist John Bagnulo will share his top 20 medicinal foods as they relate to the most common conditions and diseases in North America.

Maine natives include blueberries, kelp and sardines. Bagnulo will provide recipes, share recent research and point out which foods it is imperative to purchase organically or sustainably grown.
