Virginia Lucille Robideau, 57, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, Oct. 8, 2011.

Ginny, as she like to be called, was born in St. Louis on April 2, 1954, daughter of William and Doris (Mowry) Doyle.

Most recently she was employed by Tilson Technology as a senior consultant; but no matter who she worked for over the years, Ginny was a very dedicated, hardworking and accomplished employee who brought a lot of experience and energy to everything she did.

Ginny was an avid softball player who enjoyed singing, dancing, cooking and gardening and her dream was to open a salon. She loved animals and children and would do anything to help them, as she had been sponsoring a child through World Vision for years.

She was predeceased by her parents and a son, Matthew Robideau.

She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Scott A. Robideau; her daughter, Nicole Ann Robideau; son, Scott James Robideau; grandchildren, Emily, Allyson and Dalton; her great-grandchild, Jordan; siblings, Bill, Ann, Margie, Michelle, Colleen, Laura, and Joe; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

An open house celebration of life will be held Thursday, Oct. 13, from 1-4 p.m. at the family residence on Town Farm Road in Unity.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ginny’s name to a charity of your preference.
