Deborah Wing-Sproul of Cape Elizabeth, the 2011 Maine Arts Commission Individual Artist Fellow in Performing/Media Arts, will present “embodiment,” a live performance using her Device #2 in a durational dry-point drawing, as well as a video screening of “Footfall” Saturday afternoon, Oct. 15 at Pascal Hall, 86 Pascal Ave.
The performance, presented in conjunction with the artist’s exhibition “still/moving” at the Center for Maine Contemporary art, will begin at 4:30 p.m. and will be ongoing through 6:30 p.m. Some visitors will be drawn to stay for the duration of the performance; however, everyone is welcome to adjust the length of his or her stay and may enter while the work is in progress.
