The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court between Oct. 24 and Oct. 28:

Victor Amaro, 30, of Belfast, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, 30 days in jail; assault, eight months in jail and $300 restitution.

Michael R. Baker, 22, of Montville, unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine and six months in jail.

Jeremy D. Braley, 23, of Unity, aggravated assault, dismissed; criminal mischief, dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing, dismissed.

Paul C. Caron, 32, of Benton, operating after habitual offender revocation (with a prior), $1,000 fine and six months in jail (stayed until Nov. 17).

Bruce Evans, 32, of Swanville, operating while license suspended or revoked (with a prior), $500 fine and 10 days in jail (stayed until Jan. 5, 2012).

Asgard T. Gilbert, 37, of Belfast, criminal mischief, dismissed.

Amanda Hayes, 33, of Troy and Dixmont, was found to have violated her probation on previous charges of forgery and theft by receiving stolen property. As a result, she was sentenced to eight months in jail for the forgery charge and 60 days in jail for the theft charge, and her probation was revoked.

Michael Littlefield, 49, of Brooks, murder, 35 years in prison.

Larry G. Livingston, 48, of Belmont, assault, $800 fine.

Zachary T. Riley, 27, of Jackson, operating under the influence, $600 fine, three days in jail and license suspended for 90 days.

Amos A. Robbins, 31, of Searsport, was found to have violated his probation on a previous charge of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs. As a result, he was sentenced to 30 months in prison and had his probation partially revoked.

Danielle Seekins, 23, of Swanville, theft by unauthorized use of property, dismissed.

Paul E. St. Onge, 40, of Glenburn, burglary, three years in prison (all but six months suspended), two years on probation and restitution of $703; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 60 days in jail (concurrent); criminal mischief, 60 days in jail (concurrent).

Dennis W. Stratton, 34, of Fairfield, was found to have violated his probation on previous charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and burglary. As a result, he was sentenced to 60 days in jail on each count (to run concurrently, stayed until Jan. 1, 2012) and had his probation revoked.

Nicholas S. Sturdivant, 34, of Freeport, operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed; violating condition of release, $100 fine; displaying revoked, mutilated, fictitious or altered license/ID card, $100 fine.

Maurice J. Trundy, 53, of Northport, operating under the influence (no test), $750 fine, 30 days in jail and license suspended for 90 days.

Samantha A. Tucker, 23, of Unity, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, one year in prison for each count (concurrent) and restitution of $3,925; theft by receiving stolen property, one year in prison (concurrent); illegal possession of firearm, one year in prison (concurrent); forgery, one year in prison (concurrent).

Alesha A. Wood, 39, of Belfast, two counts of theft by receiving stolen property, one count dismissed, and $500 fine for the other count.
