Lisa Rediker of Belfast helped her 86-year-old father, Stewart Gardiner of Swanville, shoot a 427-pound bull moose Nov. 8.

Redeker was hunting with her dad in zone 3 when they spotted the moose.

Since Gardiner was having a difficult time focusing on the moose to take the shot, he lined up the shot the best he could and asked his daughter to pull the trigger for him at the right time.

Thus, the two collaborated to bag the bull moose.

Even though it was Rediker’s third time moose hunting, it was her first time actually shooting a moose, as the pair successfully brought down the 427-pound animal.

It was Stewart’s fifth time moose hunting.
