The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court between Nov. 4 and Nov. 11:

Jonathan D. McCue, 23, of Knox, four counts of burglary, three years in prison for each charge (all but nine months suspended, again on each charge — stayed until Dec. 2, concurrent) and two years on probation for each charge (concurrent); three counts of aggravated criminal mischief, three years in prison for each charge (all but nine months suspended, again on each charge — stayed until Dec. 2, concurrent) and two years on probation for each charge (concurrent); one count of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, three years in prison (all but nine months suspended — stayed until Dec. 2, and concurrent) and two years on probation (concurrent); four counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail for each charge (all concurrent — each stayed until Dec. 2); criminal mischief, six months in jail (stayed until Dec. 2 — concurrent). On eight of the charges, McCue was ordered to pay a total of $15,274.87 in restitution.

Jayme Ream, 35, of Winterport, was found to have violated his probation on a previous charge of operating under the influence (with one prior). As a result, he was given 45 days in jail and had his probation revoked.

Christopher E. Riley, 31, of Searsport, violating condition of release, dismissed; aggravated assault, nine years in jail (all but seven years suspended), probation for three years; assault, four years in prison (concurrent); trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, three years in jail (concurrent) and restitution of $30.
