Law enforcement officials with the Belfast Police Department reported the following recent activity:

Nov. 11

Owen B. Allen, 41, of Belfast was arrested on charges of burglary and gross sexual assault.

Nov. 13

Deborah A. Degiovanni, 57, of Belfast was summoned for permitting unlawful use.

Nov. 14

James Ryan Witham, 31, of Belfast was charged with criminal mischief and criminal trespass.

Nov. 15

Randy N. Oliver, 55, of Monroe was summoned for speeding (67 mph in a 50 mph zone).

Cherie A. Leavitt, 57, of Burnham was summoned for speeding (56 mph in a 40 mph zone).

Beth A. Anderson, 38, of Northport was summoned for speeding (54 mph in a 40 mph zone).

Nov. 16

Richard Brown Sr., 57, of Belfast was arrested on a charge of operating after suspension.

Nov. 17

Linwood K. Walker, 88, of Belfast was summoned for failure to yield at a stop sign.

Nov. 18

Dmitriy P. Basistyy, 33, of Westbrook was arrested on charges of aggravated criminal mischief, failure to stop for an officer and violating conditions of release.

Cynthia B. Spear, 46, of Boothbay Harbor was charged with operating under the influence.

Lesleanne Holland, 48, of Monroe was summoned for speeding (60 mph in a 45 mph zone).

Nov. 19

Ronald B. Watkins Jr., 43, of Northport was summoned for failure to provide proof of insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle for greater than 150 days.

Nov. 21

Kristen E. Johnson, 43, of Stockton Springs was summoned for speeding (50 mph in a 35 mph zone).
