The following cases were closed in Fifth District Court in Belfast between Dec. 12 and Dec. 16:

A 17-year-old male, from Searsmont, driving to endanger, dismissed.

Brett Armstrong, 25, of Swanville, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail (concurrent); possession of marijuana (up to 1.25 ounces), dismissed.

Tonya L. Brown, 39, of Northport, operating under the influence, $600 fine, seven days in jail (stayed until Jan. 9, 2012); failure to stop, remain, provide information, seven days in jail (concurrent); violating condition of release, two days in jail (concurrent).

Cody A. Buzzell, 23, of Montville, criminal trespass, dismissed.

Ian J. Campbell, 21, of Montville, minor transporting liquor, $100 fine and license suspended for 30 days.

Adam M. Chaples, 30, of Jackson, violating condition of release, $250 fine.

Vanessa L. Chaples, 24, of Jackson, negotiating a worthless instrument, $150 fine and restitution of $428.45.

Steve Cummings, 42, of Northport, barking dog, dismissed.

Joshua D. Cunningham, 24, of Brooks, operating under the influence, $500 fine and license suspended for 90 days; operating while license suspended or revoked (with a prior), dismissed; possession of marijuana (up to 1.25 ounces), $350 fine.

Michael A. Fuller, 51, of Islesboro, was found to have violated his probation on previous charges of domestic violence assault and domestic violence terrorizing. As a result, he was sentenced to 90 days in jail and had his probation partially revoked.

Harland Gamble Jr., 31, of Prospect, operating vehicle without license (beyond condition/restriction), $150 fine.

Anthony L. Gilmore, 23, of Brooks and Waldo, operating under the influence (one prior), $700 fine, 60 days in jail (all but 12 suspended — stayed until April 27, 2012), probation for one year and license suspended for three years; violating condition of release, two days in jail.

Bradley Ginn, 23, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked, $750 fine; operating after habitual offender revocation, dismissed.

Brian P. Harnish, 29, of Winterport, domestic violence assault, 90 days in jail (all suspended) and probation for one year.

Richard Hart, 48, of Eddington, possession of marijuana (up to 1.25 ounces), dismissed.

Samuel Hartley, 44, of Newburgh, indecent conduct, six months in jail (all suspended) and probation for one year.

Cindy Kochanowski, 45, of Burnham, refusing to submit to arrest or detention (physical force), $500 fine; domestic violence assault, dismissed.

Elizabeth A. Lane, 50, of Lincolnville, 10 counts of failure to pay tax or file return, 120 days in jail (all but 10 days suspended — stayed until Jan. 6, 2012), administrative release sentence of one year and restitution of $18,484.

Cassandra Lucas, 20, of Searsmont, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine; minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.

Douglas J. Pagliaroli, 39, of Unity, theft by unauthorized use of property, dismissed.

Michelle A. Porter, 35, of Belfast, negotiating a worthless instrument, $150 fine and restitution of $381.84.

Nicole Rawls, 23, of Winterport, violating condition of release, 24 hours in jail.

LeeAnn Rosalind Reid, 20, of Kittery, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; tampering with Department of Transportation signs, dismissed.

Troy D. Reynolds, 38, of Unity, hunting without valid license, $100 fine.

Shannon M. Schaeffer, 32, of Winterport, negotiating a worthless instrument, $500 fine and restitution of $255.02; negotiating a worthless instrument, $250 fine and restitution of $224.13.

Russell P. Sylvia, 40, of Swanville, disorderly conduct (loud unreasonable noise), $250 fine; domestic violence assault, dismissed.

James Herbert West Jr., 45, of Waldo, failing to make oral or written accident report, five days in jail.

James Joseph White, 26, of Belfast, driving to endanger, $575 fine and license suspended for 30 days; operating under the influence, dismissed.

James R. Witham, 31, of Belfast, criminal trespass, 40 days in jail, criminal mischief, 40 days in jail (concurrent); criminal trespass, dismissed.
