Law enforcement officials with the Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following recent activity:

Dec. 28

Clover Vega, 27, of Searsport was arrested on charges of operating after habitual offender revocation (with two prior convictions), operating under the influence (with two prior convictions), violating conditions of release and refusing to sign a uniform summons.

Spencer Crampton, 51, of Swanville was arrested on a charge of violating conditions of release.

Dec. 30

James R. Durand, 21, of Brooks was charged with assault.

Wayne A. Dorr Jr., 35, of Frankfort was arrested on a charge of operating after suspension.

Ethan R. Dahlbergh, 19, of Hampden was summoned for speeding (71 mph in a 50 mph zone).

Sunday Bucklin, 51, of Belfast was headed south on Swan Lake Avenue in a 1996 Pontiac at about 5:20 p.m. when she approached a turn she was unable to negotiate due to the snowy conditions. Bucklin continued straight ahead and struck a large rock that was on the shoulder of the road. The vehicle came to rest on the middle of the road. Bucklin and one of her two passengers, a 13-year-old boy, were examined at the scene by attendants with Belfast Ambulance and Rescue. Bucklin, who was complaining of chest and stomach pain after the crash, was treated and released at the scene. The boy was transported to Waldo County General Hospital in Belfast to be treated for a mouth injury, and according to the accident report Bucklin’s second passenger, a 10-year-old girl, was not injured.

Dec. 31

Jillian Porchetta, 23, of Unity was charged with violating conditions of release.

Jan. 1

Howard Robbins, 40, of Winterport was arrested on warrants for unpaid fines and failure to appear in court.

Nicole Rawls, 19, of Winterport was charged with two counts of assault.
