The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court between Jan. 1 and Jan. 13:

Gina Glidden, 23, of Washington, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, dismissed.

Benjamin E. Proctor Jr., 21, of Troy, was found to have violated his probation on a previous charge of operating under the influence (with one prior), and as a result was sentenced to 35 days in jail and had his probation revoked.
