With continued recent success, the Midcoast Ice Cats have surged to a 5-3-3 record thus far this winter.

The ‘Cats will get back in action against host Lewiston on Saturday, Jan. 28 at 5:30 p.m. at the Colisee in Lewiston.

The Ice Cats broke a 2-2 tie with Waterville Jan. 21 at the Midcoast Recreation Center with a late goal en route to a 3-2 victory. Additional information from the game was unavailable.

The Ice Cats are a cooperative, coed high school club ice hockey team. The players are from Midcoast schools that do not offer ice hockey as a varsity sport (or ones that do not play on the Camden Hills squad), as well as home-schooled students. The ‘Cats compete against high school junior varsity and varsity programs in both Classes A and B.
