Waterfall Arts’ fourth annual family fun(d)raiser dinner — Pastabilities 4.0 — is set for Monday, Feb. 27 at the arts center, 256 High Sr. Two separate seating times, 5 and 6:30 p.m., should comfortably accommodate everyone in the Waterfall Arts’ Fallout Shelter. Noah Fishman and friends will provide original entertainment.

Caterers, chefs and talented gourmands providing sumptuous pasta dishes include Rebecca Miller (lobster mac and cheese), Shameem Highstreet (mushroom paprikash), Lou Chamberland (gluten-free lasagna), Pam McKeen (ratatouille and gluten-free bread/crackers), Carol Gater (chicken Alfred), Megan Cullen (spaghetti carbonara — second seating only) and Christine West and Elaine Bielenberg (traditional tomato sauce and chicken cacciatore).

The meal includes salad, bread, beverage and dessert. Wine and beer will be available by donation. For those with special dietary needs, meatless and gluten-free choices are available as well as a traditional sauce for youngsters. The cost at the door is $15, $5 for children younger than 12.

A silent auction will be held in the center’s Clifford Gallery featuring everyday necessities and luxurious treatments and services. Waterfall Arts is a community supported nonprofit organization dedicated to creating community in harmony with nature through the transformative power of the arts.
