The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court between Feb. 6 and Feb. 10:

Lyndon J. Adams, 47, of Winterport, two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, both dismissed; unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, $400 fine, two years in prison (all suspended), two years on probation and restitution of $60.

Jill M. Artkop, 35, of Searsmont, operating under the influence, $850 fine and license suspended for 90 days.

Craig Ashey, 38, of Prospect, reckless conduct, $500 fine; assault, dismissed; driving to endanger, dismissed.

Timothy A. Chamberlain, 43, of Benton, theft of lost, mislaid or misdelivered property, two days in jail (stayed until Feb. 18).

Carol L. Cook, 55, of Morrill, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.

Tyler Damon, 20, of Stockton Springs, assault on an officer, one year in prison; three counts of terrorizing, six months in jail for each count (concurrent); two counts of assault, $300 fine for each count and six months in jail for each count (concurrent); harassment by telephone, six months in jail (concurrent); violating condition of release, six months in jail (concurrent); refusing to submit to arrest or detention (physical force), six months in jail (concurrent).

Dennis M. Fiscus, 69, of Bangor, assault, $300 fine; criminal mischief, $200 fine.

Matthew R. Gibson, 28, of Belfast, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $700 fine.

Lisa Z. Grant, 39, of Brooks, terrorizing, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words, gestures), $300 fine; violating condition of release, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, dismissed; assault, dismissed; obstructing government administration, dismissed; disorderly conduct (loud noise, private place), $250 fine.

Brett A. Hayward, 38, of Northport, driving to endanger, $575 fine and license suspended for 30 days.

Wayde Henry, 52, of Jackson, operating under the influence, $500 fine, three days in jail (stayed until June 22) and license suspended for 90 days.

Chelsea N. Herrick, 28, of Stockton Springs, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, unconditional discharge.

Benjamin Holt, 19, of Unity, theft by receiving stolen property, dismissed.

Steven A. Jarry, 53, of Appleton, operating vehicle without license (beyond condition/restriction); operating under the influence, $500 fine and license suspended for 90 days.

Melissa Ann Lamont, 43, of Lincolnville, failing to make oral or written accident report, dismissed; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $400 fine.

Taylor J. Maloney, 22, of Gray, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 72 hours in jail (stayed until April 22) and license suspended for 90 days.

Gary R. McClure, 58, of Palermo, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $500 fine, two years in prison (all but 30 days suspended), one year on probation; aggravated cultivating of marijuana, dismissed.

Jacob S. Merithew, 19, of Brooks, burglary, 18 months in prison (all but 45 days suspended), two years on probation and restitution of $510; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 45 days in jail (concurrent).

Aaron Forest Miller, 22, of Waterville, burglary of a motor vehicle, six months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (with priors), six months in jail (concurrent). Additionally, Miller was found to have violated his probation on three previous charges of burglary, and as a result was sentenced to six months in jail for each charge (concurrent) and had his probation partially revoked and continued.

Timothy F. Morrison, 44, of Quincy, Mass., endangering the welfare of a child, dismissed; operating under the influence (no test), $600 fine, seven days in jail (stayed until Feb. 21) and license suspended for one year.

Lucas Murdock, 34, of Belfast, violating protective order, 90 days in jail (all but one day suspended) and probation for one year; violating condition of release, dismissed; domestic violence (stalking), dismissed; two counts of harassment by telephone, one charge dismissed and a $100 fine for the other.

Ellery G. Pomeroy, 61, of Searsport, trafficking in prison contraband, dismissed; operating under the influence (one prior), $700 fine, 364 days in jail (all but five months suspended — stayed until Feb. 20), one year on probation, license suspended for three years and restitution of $500; unlawful possession of oxycodone, dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine and license suspended for 30 days.

Jillian Porchetta, 23, of Unity, burglary, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; criminal mischief, dismissed; operating under the influence, $800 fine and license suspended for 90 days; violating condition of release, dismissed.

Peter Richardson, 50, of Stockton Springs, burglary, three years in prison (all but 180 days suspended), two years on probation and restitution of $800; criminal mischief, 30 days in jail (concurrent); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail (concurrent); and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail (concurrent).

Branden Ricker, 33, of Knox, criminal mischief, four days in jail and restitution of $1,500; domestic violence terrorizing, dismissed.

Bryan E. Rolerson, 53, of Liberty, exceeding bag limit on deer, $1,000 fine and three days in jail; false registration of deer, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; theft by receiving stolen property, two days in jail (concurrent).

Hope Ronco, 34, of Winterport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

Amanda J. Ryan, 27, of Monroe, assault, dismissed.

David G. Seekins, 36, of Waterville, burglary, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

Julianna Shibles, 38, of Unity, operating under the influence, $500 fine and license suspended for 90 days; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (physical force), dismissed.

Windi St. Thomas, 32, of Islesboro, harassment, dismissed.

Matthew J. Ward, 30, of Thorndike, disorderly conduct, $300 fine; driving to endanger, dismissed.

Woodward, 42, of Whitefield, four counts of burglary, two years in prison for each count (all suspended), on probation for two years and restitution of $5,172.85; three counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail for each count (all suspended); a fourth count of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two years in prison (all suspended).
