The following cases were closed in Fifth District Court in Belfast between Feb. 27 and March 2:

Dana Carl Chuprevich, 53, of Stockton Springs, obstructing report of crime, $200 fine.

Jesse W. Dodge, 30, of Lincolnville, operating while license suspended or revoked (with a prior), $700 fine and five days in jail.

Thomas B. Greenlaw, 43, of Stockton Springs, operating under the influence, $550 fine, 48 hours in jail and license suspended for 90 days; failure to stop, provide information, dismissed; driving to endanger, dismissed; false public alarm or report, dismissed.

Dustin Kenney, 18, of Winterport, operating while license suspended or revoked (with a prior), $500 fine.

Brian K. Littlefield, 38, of Belfast possession of marijuana (up to 1.25 ounces), $350 fine; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Tammy L. Littlefield, 36, of Belfast, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Shawn A. Manchester, 19, of Morrill, burglary of a motor vehicle, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $100 fine.

Robert S. Mercier, 51, of Searsport, ice fishing in closed waters, $100 fine.

Michael A. Moody, 32, of Searsmont, operating while license suspended or revoked (with a prior), dismissed.

Ashley A. Moulton, 23, of Unity, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.

Aaron J. Oxton, 18, of Bristol, Conn., failing to yield to a right of way, $250 fine.

Craig C. Reimer, 33, of Rockport, domestic violence assault, dismissed; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.

Brian A. Scott, 23, of Palmyra, violating condition of release, $400 fine.

Judith B. Smith, 51, of Islesboro, operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.

Ian E. Stover, 25, of Waldo, ice fishing in closed waters, $100 fine.

Devin T. Trull, 19, of Unity, domestic violence assault, unconditional discharge.

Kyle Trull, 27, of Montville, violating protective order, unconditional discharge.

Aaron Upham, 33, of Waldo, operating under the influence, $550 fine, 48 hours in jail (stayed until March 9) and license suspended for 90 days.

Bobby L. Whitcomb, 53, of Swanville, domestic violence assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct (loud noise, private place), $200 fine.

A 16-year-old male, from Lincolnville, operating vehicle without license, $150 fine and 20 hours of community service.

Martin W. Witham, 47, of Palermo, disorderly conduct (offensive words, gestures), dismissed.

Richard York, 56, of Waldo, operating unregistered ATV, $200 fine.

A 17-year-old female, from Vassalboro, operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.
