Morning Glory Garden Early Childhood Program on Oak Hill Road in Belfast will hold an Open House and Registration on Saturday, May 12, from 10 a.m. to noon. All are welcome to come visit the early childhood program and enjoy family activities, make a craft with your child, and watch a puppet show.

The Open House will feature a variety of family activities, including making butter, crafting bark boats with leaves for sails, and a puppet show of “The Owl and the Pussycat,” by Edward Lear, presented by Toki Oshima.

A nature-based early childhood program for children ages 2 to 6 in the Belfast area, Morning Glory Garden will offer a new program on Tuesdays through Thursdays in the fall of 2012, with teachers Toki Oshima and Jes Anthonis.

Prospective parents are invited to bring their young children and siblings for a morning of creative outdoor time. Tea and a light organic snack will be served.
