Law enforcement officials with the Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following recent activity:

May 13

Marissa Sprague, 20, of Swanville, violating a protective order from harassment. Sprague was summoned for the same offense May 19.

Kevin S. Gibbs, 31, of Seasport, domestic violence criminal threatening.

May 14

Timothy Robinson, 29, of Belfast, operating without a license.

May 15

Dakota Sanford, 18, Belfast, violating conditions of release.

May 16

Amber Walker, 25, of Searsport, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, possession of scheduled drugs.

Stacy W. Howie, 43, of Belfast, operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

May 17

Nancy McLaughlin, 52, of Winterport, was stopped on North Main Street in Winterport in her 2006 Ford waiting to turn left into a driveway. Meanwhile Dilrukshan Somasundera, 38, of Bangor was traveling behind McLaughlin in a 1985 Porsche and told police he did not see McLaughlin stopping to turn. Somasundera rear-ended McLaughlin’s vehicle, but no one was hurt in the accident.

Patricia Ferrentino, 57, of Hallowell, was headed east on the Weymouth Road in Morrill in a 2005 Toyota when two small deer ran out from the right side of the road. Ferrentino was unable to avoid hitting the second animal. The deer was dead at the scene. Ferrentino was not hurt.

May 18

Fabian O. Gaynor, 22, of Bar Harbor was summoned for speeding for driving 74 mph in a 55 mph zone.

Ryan Weaver, 30, of Northport, was arrested on a warrant on charges of theft and forgery.

May 19

Linda Linscott, 41, of Northport, operating under the influence.

Tori N. Walton, 19, of Monroe, disorderly conduct.

May 20

Alan Arbo, 65, of Dixmont, operator possessing an open alcoholic container on a public way.
