Donovan Bowley, 50, of Searsmont, terrorizing, $300 fine.

Jaynie Butler, 21, of Rockland, possession of marijuana (up to one and a quarter of an ounce), $350 fine.

Filip Cavrag, 59, of Salt Lake City, Utah, rule violation, operating with false duty, $500 fine.

Leah Jean Clark, 26, of Liberty, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, seven days in jail and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $91.

Tiffany A. Cobb, 28, of Brooks, motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over the speed limit, $500 fine.

Sherry Connor, 49, of Stockton Springs, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine; possession of marijuana (up to one and a quarter of an ounce), $350 fine.

James F. Cummiskey, 55, of Unity, four counts of negotiating a worthless instrument, $25 fine imposed on each count and ordered to pay restitution totaling $115.

Phillip J. Dulude, 43, of Belfast, failure to register vehicle, $200 fine.

Amber Duval, 21, of Belfast, operating under the influence, $700 fine and license suspended for 90 days; failure to make oral o written accident report, dismissed.

Timothy Eggen, 37, of Northport, operating a vehicle without a license (restrictions/conditions), 10 days in jail; operating while license is suspended or revoked (with a prior conviction), $500 fine; operating under the influence, $500 fine, 120 days in jail and license suspended for 90 days.

Ben Eversage, 60, of Swanville, failing to produce permit, $50 fine.

Bruce Edward Frank, 30, of Searsmont, possession of marijuana (up to one and a quarter of an ounce), $350 fine; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Joel V. Gomez, 35, of Bucksport, violating conditions of release, $750 fine.

Savannah M. Graves, 25, of Clinton, operating a vehicle without a license, $150 fine; failing to make oral or written accident report, $300 fine.
