The fifth annual Serve an Ace for Hope tennis tournament, chaired by Betsy Saltonstall and Dale Temple, will be Friday and Saturday, June 15-16 at the Midcoast Recreation Center. The event benefits New Hope for Women.

The open mixed doubles tourney will begin on Friday, June 15 at 7:30 p.m., while the senior women’s (50 and older) round-robin tournament begins on Saturday, June 16 at 8 a.m. The entry fee is $50. Free tennis balls, t-shirt, and water will be given to each participant.

Prizes include week-long use of a Sarasota, Fla. condominium (by drawing) of all women round-robin participants, a weekend use of a Sugarloaf condominium for the mixed doubles winner, and a Wilson tennis racquet donated by Maine Sport to be won by drawing.
