July 3

Mark E. Hoster, 56, of Sedgwick, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, failure to report an accident by the quickest of means.

Dennis Pomeroy Sr., 49, of Searsport, assault, terrorizing.

Dennis Pomeroy Jr., 31, of Searsport, assault, criminal mischief.

July 4

Edward Anthonis III, 37, of Belfast, inspection sticker violation.

July 6

Wendy Forkner, 39, of Searsport, inspection sticker violation, failure to provide proof of insurance, operating with a license that had been expired for greater than 90 days, operating a vehicle that has been unregistered for greater than 150 days.

July 9

Scott Freeman, 47, of Owls Head, was summoned for speeding for driving 51 mph in a 25 mph zone.
