Hector Bohan, 21, of Swanville, theft by receiving stolen property, probation violation, four months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Heidi Emmerton, 32, of Belfast, gross sexual assault, no sentence imposed.

Kevin S. Gibbs, 31, of Belfast, domestic violence assault, probation violation, seven months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Nicholas Hart, 26, of Prospect, domestic violence terrorizing, 30 days in jail; stealing drugs, dismissed.

Clayton Kenneth Kuhn, 46, of brooks, terrorizing, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words, gestures), $500 fine.

Elizabeth L. Lesan, 27, of Morrill, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine.

Lyn R. Poulin Jr., 32, of Clinton, burglary, remanded to the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections for two years with all but 90 days suspended, probation for two years.

Christopher D. Shaffer, 36, of Belmont, reckless violation of a protective order, probation violation, probation revoked; violating conditions of release, probation violation, six months in jail, probation partially revoked.

Steven A. Watson, 55, of Searsport, unlawful sexual touching, $500 fine; unlawful sexual contact, dismissed.
