Tyler Hills, 19, of Waldo, inspection sticker violation, failure to provide proof of insurance, imprudent speed.

William Bedard, 43, of Burnham, operating out of season with studded tires.

Smitty Potter, 22, of Somerville, operating after suspension, failure to pay fines.
