Law enforcement officials with the Searsport Police Department reported the following recent activity:

Aug. 19

Chelsey McRea, 25, of Bucksport, failure to stop at a stop sign.

Officer Mike Larrivee is continuing his investigation of a residential burglary in which the complainant reported jewelry and other items missing from their home. Police have yet to determine the value of the missing items, but Searsport Police Chief Dick LaHaye said the homeowner has reported additional items missing from the residence over the course of the past week. LaHaye said the homeowners had left the residence for the day and when they returned home they found the door open. LaHaye said the break-in did not result in any reportable damage to the home.

Aug. 21

Keith Chase, 54, of Stockton Springs, driving to endanger.

Aug. 24

Eric Robinson, 25, of Searsport, was arrested on a warrant and a probation hold.

Aug. 26

Aaron Gibbs, 36, of Stockton Springs, operating under the influence.
