Law enforcement officials with the Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following recent activity:

Aug. 21

Judith Pomahatch, 72, of Unity was traveling south on the South Horseback Road in Burnham in a 2005 Ford when two deer entered the roadway. Pomahatch was unable to avoid hitting one of the animals, but she was not injured in the collision.

Aug. 22

Tammy M. Mitchell, 27, of Unity, theft.

Aug. 23

Derek Ricker, 21, of Jackson, was arrested on a warrant for unpaid fines and fees.

Jesse Dodge, 31, of Lincolnville, was summoned for speeding for driving 52 mph in a 35 mph zone.

Aug. 26

Jerrold D. Bradstreet, 34, of Searsport, operating after suspension.
