Samuel Waithaka, 33, of Belfast, failure to stop at a red light.

Oct. 2

Trevor Canning, 29, of Swanville, theft by unauthorized taking, violating conditions of release.

Oct. 3

Maria Riley, 24, of belfast, assault, refusing to submit to arrest, possession of schedule Z drugs.

Jacob Graffam-Connors, 28, of Belfast, refusing to submit to arrest, unlawful possession of drugs (Klonopin), violating conditions of release.

Oct. 5

Jordan A. Young, 19, of Belfast, possession of liquor by a minor.

Matthew P. Knott, 18, of Northport, illegal transportation of liquor by a minor, possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

Oct. 6

Thomas J. Sullivan, 29, of Belfast, violating conditions of release.

Mark W. Cook, 27, of Searsmont, operating under the influence.

Adam Hank, 24, of Hollywood, Calif., operating after suspension.

Benjamin F. Victos, 45, of Frackville, Pa., operating without a license.
