The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court between Sept. 17 and Sept. 28, 2012.

Donald C. Brickett, 41, of Fairfield, operating under the influence-injury or death with priors, $2,100 fine, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for five years, all but two years suspended, three years' probation, license suspended 10 years, registration suspended.

Ashley N. Carter, 24, of Thorndike, domestic violence assault, five days in jail; disorderly conduct-loud unreasonable noise, five days in jail.

A 17-year-old male from Winterport, cultivating marijuana, dismissed; possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 ounces, $350 fine.

Timothy G. Daley Jr., 31, of Searsport, refusing to submit to arrest or detention-physical force, 30 days in jail; disorderly conduct-fighting, 30 days in jail; assault, $300 fine, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for two years, all but six months suspended, two years' probation.

Kevin R. Flagg, 46, of Belfast, domestic violence assault, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Melissa Hartman, 37, of Swanville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer with priors, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for three years; failure to appear after bailed, dismissed; burglary, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for three years, $1,040 restitution.

Adam A. Hasenbank, 27, of Bucksport, unlawful sexual contact, six months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Dylin P. Knight, 19, of Stockton Springs, assault, $300 fine, 90 days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention-physical force, 90 days in jail; two counts of terrorizing, 90 days in jail for each.

William Koch, 26, of Winterport, unlawful sexual contact, 60 days in jail, probation revoked.

Lisa M. Ladd, 46, of Rockland, arson, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for five years, all suspended, four years' probation.

Jason A. Lenfest, 38, of Rockland, aggravated operating after HO revocation with priors, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for four years, probation revoked; burglary, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for four years; operating after habitual offender revocation with a prior, $1,000 fine, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for four years; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail; theft by unauthorized use of property, six months in jail.

Basil L. Littlefield II, 29, of Knox, burglary, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation contined.

Scott f. Mosher, 44, of Montville, domestic violence assault, dismissed; violating conditions of release, 53 days in jail.

Angela M. Patterson, 35, of Knox, unlawful possession of hydrocodone, dismissed; two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine for each; unlawful possession of oxycodone, dismissed; violating conditions of release, dismissed.

Cameron B. Philbrook, 36, of Belmont, obstructing the report of a crime, dismissed; violating conditions of release, 45 days in jail; domestic violence assault, 45 days in jail.

Desirae Reed, 29, of Orland, three counts of burglary, theft by insurance deception, all charges dismissed.

Anthony R. Robbins, 23, of Swanville, domestic violence assault, 90 days in jail, all suspended, one year probation; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, unconditional discharge; disorderly conduct-offensive words, gestures, dismissed; criminal mischief, unconditional discharge.

Benjamin R. Young, 21, of Swanville, burglary, six months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
